Our terms are intended to be as simple as possible, but they are none-the-less very important. In order to become a Musicians Umbrella subscriber you will need to agree to and accept them, so please take a moment to read below:

• Copyright:

• We take the issue of copyright very seriously here at Musicians Umbrella and as such we expect that you will adhere to the following:
  
• As a Musicians Umbrella subscriber you agree that you have obtained the relevant copyright permissions for all material you wish us to include on your page. We will not under any circumstances accept responsibility for obtaining such permissions, and reserve the right to remove your page - without any refunds or recompense - should we discover, or be informed of, any breaches of copyright.
  
  

• Term of contract:

• Initially you sign up to a 1 year subscription; and can choose to renew each year thereafter.
  
  

• Costs:

• As detailed on the Join Us page
  
  

• Payments:

• These are required to be paid once you have decided to become a subscriber of the Musicians Umbrella, before any work is undertaken, and can be made by direct bank transfer or Paypal.
• Updates can be requested and paid for on an adhoc basis, or can be part of your initial subscription with agreed times for them to be undertaken.
  
  

We may from time to time need to update and amend these terms, and will advise all existing subscribers should we need to do this.
